Valor Development utilizes proven strategy development methodologies and processes to turn detailed current state assessments into aggressive information technology strategies for your organization.
Having a strategy, though important and completely novel for some organizations, is not enough. This strategy needs to be properly communicated to company stakeholders and ultimately to the resources charged with executing this strategy. An important
and often neglected function, is to measure and improve this strategy on an ongoing basis.

How We Do IT: The process begins with a comprehensive review of the overall company strategy so that we have a base understanding of what is important to the organization today and what will be important in the near and long terms. This is followed by a detailed assessment of the organization's current information technology functions. These functions are ranked in importance relative to the business strategy and a gap analysis is created per function.
Recommendations are then compiled and presented to the customer. These recommendations are often combined with common execution management methodologies such as ITPM and ITIL to ensure a successful framework is in place going forward and integrated with day to day activities. To accomplish the goals of measurement and continuous improvement of the strategy, we are well versed in the concepts of Balanced Scorecards and other performance measurement methodologies.
